Tyla, a South African singer, was able to clinch the Grammy Award for best African Music Performance during the 66th Grammy Awards night.

She competed with the likes of Burna Boy, Davido, Asake, and Ayra Starr – who are all Nigerians. Out of these Davido (he has a good heart) has congratulated the South African singer for the win.

The 20-year-old singer gave a speech, expressing how shocked she was to get the award. “This is crazy!” she said, adding that she never thought she would win a Grammy at this age.

Many people and organizations have congratulated the artist for her effort in music.

She’s also comes out as the youngest African to win Grammy Award.
